Kan’s Kitchen began due to friends and family demanding Kanlaya to start sharing her food to a wider audience! Having had a pestle and mortar in her hands since she was a child accompanying her mother throughout Thailand’s infamous street food markets, she gained an intuitive knowledge of the four fundamental taste areas of Thai Food – salt. sweet, sour and spicy.
Her passion for producing only the very best food led her to attend the famous Wandee School of Cookery in Bangkok and Le Cordon Bleu and work at Harrods in Knightsbridge. Accompanied by her daughter Arisa who is a Leith School of Food and Wine alumna – they are keen to share their food journey with you.

Like all the greatest creations, Chock Shop is a simple idea carried out with a lot of love.
The company began when founder, Greg Shearman, poured his passion for baking into creating the very best brownies he could. He didn’t just scour delicatessens to source the finest ingredients, Greg made sure these brownies were seriously fresh – handmade, hand-cut and hand decorated.
Customers couldn’t get enough, and soon Chock Shop’s famous artisan brownies were causing queues at festivals and markets up and down the country.
Divine Doughnuts is a small independent Artisan Doughnut Bakery based in the lovely country town of Warwick.
Our yeast-raised doughnuts are made from scratch, they are light and fluffy and free of any artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. The doughnuts are deep-fried briefly to give a crisp outer while the inside remains soft and fluffy.
We are a family-run business that has been running for many years, we sell quality German sausage in five different flavours served in a baguette with a choice of German sauces.

Our bar Rene is a 1972 French Citroen H Van that has been professionally converted and lovingly restored into a beautiful mobile bar.
